When did Barklyn Grace launch?
Barklyn Grace launched February of 2016.
What is your return policy?
Returns are eligible on merchandise up to 30 days after the delivery date. Returns made within that 30 day period will be refunded the original amount of payment. Returns or exchanges cannot be made after that 30 day period. If an item was recieved as a gift, we can offer store credit but cannot issue an exchange or refund. Note that all items must be unwashed and unworn to be returned or exchanged and original shipping charges are non-refundable. *Please fill out this form to complete your return or exchange.
When will my exchange ship?
Please allow up to two weeks from the time you issue your exchange. Once your exchange is processed by the team, we will email you an updated tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on availability (size/ color/ style) of the particular item you are ordering. Once an order is placed, it can and may take up to two weeks for your items to be shipped. After shipping has begun, please allow 2-6 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep!
I'm obsessed with my shirt. How should I wash it?
You'll likely want to wash in cold water with similar colors.
I recieved an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within five days of the delivery date letting us know and we are more than happy to get that squared away for you!
How often do you put up new designs and styles?
We are constantly coming up with new ideas for our collections and inventory. Our product scope should be updated in the near future!
Where is Barklyn Grace located?
Barklyn Grace is located in Syracuse, New York.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently we are set up to ship to the United States only; including Hawaii and Alaska. Once we begin to grow, we will definitely look at expanding into other areas.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, of course! You paid for it. Once an order is placed, you will recieve a confrimation email. You'll get another email when your order is sent out - incluing a tracking number through USPS. Your order number is not the same as your tracking number.
When will my card be charged for the order placed?
Because we are working with a third party website platform, all customers are charged at the time of purchase. We currently accept both credit card and PayPal payments.
